Request account deletion

Use this form to request deletion of your CleanProof by Salar Software LLC account and its associated data. This page is for people who can’t sign in. If you can sign in, the fastest way is to open the app, go to Profile, and tap Delete account.

What gets deleted

When we process your request, we permanently delete:

• your account and profile (name, email, role, organization membership);
• your facility assignments, tickets, and messages;
• photos you captured, subject to any retention your organization is legally required to keep — see our Privacy Policy.

Because accounts are created and managed by the cleaning company or employer you work with, we verify each request against that organization before deleting. We’ll confirm by email once it’s done. Deletion is permanent and can’t be undone.
